If the deadline is midnight on the 20th, wouldn't that be tonight?

It seems the deadline for submissions has ended a day early correct? The contest listed the deadline as midnight on the 20th not the 19th. Are we still able to submit?

    Per the contest rules, the contest began "at 10:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on April 20, 2015 and ends at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on July 20, 2015." That deadline has passed as of 12:00:00 am PT this morning.
